Much earlier than expected! The Königstein in the Bronze Age
The special exhibition presents the spectacular Königsteiner find:
Postponed to the opening date of the citadel*.
This exhibition, scheduled at the citadel, will be visible as soon as the sanitary conditions linked to the COVID-19 crisis allow the museums to reopen.
A complete collection of historical documents and objects, some of which have never been shown before, on the 1870 war in the Bitche region, evoking facts and characters that are sometimes little known, and dealing with the consequences of the conflict in local, French and German history until the end of the First World War. This exhibition is the historical and scientific work of members of the SHAL.

Licht'en Briques - a 100% Lego® brick exhibition
A temporary, original and intergenerational exhibition that will appeal to the whole family. Young and old alike will be able to discover the unique creations, made by the Fanabriques association of Rosheim, on the theme of architecture, knights and castles. The little hands of the association have brought to life magnificent creations and scenes with the famous bricks.
Lunette 41 - The underground tour
Experience fascinating insights into Landau's underworld on a guided tour of Landau's fortress history, including a descent into the underground passages of the "Lunette 41" fortification - every Saturday at 2 pm.
Every year, well over 200 different projects are realised in the Summer of Culture. About half of them are based on the current national motto. Until 2024, the Summer of Culture motto has the overall title "Compass Europe". This year, "Compass Europe: Northern Lights" remains from last year.

Medieval Experience Days
On five weekends from May to September 2021, young and old can immerse themselves in the Middle Ages at the ruins of Hardenburg Castle and Fortress near Bad Dürkheim and get to know completely different worlds of life and work.
