Licht'en Briques - a 100% Lego® brick exhibition
For the season 2022, the famous Lego® bricks are taking over the Lichtenberg castle! This is an original exhibition for each generation which is bound to be a hit with the whole family. Young and old will be able to discover the original creations made by the Fanabriques association based in Rosheim on the theme of architecture, knights and fortified castles.
The exciting children's tour of the fortress is available every Saturday at 1 pm.
From 23 April to 9 October 2022, a festival of garden art, design and culture can be experienced in Torgau. At the heart of the grounds are the two sections of the glacis dating back to the fortress era, with an ice rink meadow and the newly built OrnisSteg for nature and bird watching.
Pirna Sculpture Summer 2022/23: In Honour of Canaletto - Symbols in Stone
From 28 May to 25 September 2022, the former fortifications of Sonnenstein Fortress will once again be the venue for the Pirna Sculpture Summer. In the Canaletto anniversary year, the focus will be on Baroque sculptures. Puttos, portraits and large figures are juxtaposed with contemporary sculptures by stone sculptors. The focus is on the material stone. The show is being realised in cooperation with the Zwingerbauhütte Dresden and the Sandsteinwerke Pirna.
Paths to Cranach 2022 - A voyage of discovery

500 years ago, the painter Hans von Kulmbach (ca. 1480-1522) died in Nuremberg. He was a pupil of the Venetian Jacopo de' Barbari and had worked in Albrecht Dürer's circle.
Suomenlinna hosts an annual international volunteer action camp as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers Initiative. The annual action camp has been organised at Suomenlinna since 2015 with approximately 15 participating young adults who have an interest in the conservation of cultural heritage. The camp provides the participants with a unique opportunity to see what kind of work is done to conserve and present the cultural heritage of the Suomenlinna UNESCO World Heritage Site. World Heritage Volunteers Camp of Suomenlinna is a non-public event but hosts every year 15 young adults from all around the world.
